EIP on-line event

29th and 30th September 2020

“What are you talking about?”

EIP has moved on-line for 2020.

The first EIP digital event is took place on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th September. All UK police forces registered to take part, alongside colleagues from Police and Crime Commissioners’ offices, the Home Office, NCA, HMICFRS/HMICS and the College of Policing. Please click here to view a list of participating organisations.

Over the two days of the event, 1,085 people participated, with around 400 people on-line at any one time. This could not have been achieved without the valuable support of IBM Ltd., and their Watson Media platform.

If your police force or organisation registered to take part, you can still view the conference until the end of October at https://video.ibm.com/eip
Your nominated Single Point of Contact (SPOC), can provide you with the password If your organisation is registered and you do not know who your SPOC is, you can contact events@college.pnn.police.uk from your work email address to request details.

As the event title suggests, EIP20 challenged participants to reflect on the conversations that are taking place within their organisations – and the ones that aren’t. Key speakers helped us explore current challenges and new ways of working that will help the service adjust to the new normal. You can click here to view the event programme.

Several of the presentations were accompanied by presentation slides. You can view pdf versions of these slides by clicking on the appropriate link below:
